Next day deliveries to England, Wales & Scotland
Our nationwide delivery service is available from Tuesday – Saturday. Nationwide delivery times are between 9am – 6pm Tuesday to Friday and before 12 noon on Saturday.
If you place an order by 4pm we can deliver to the majority of the UK the next day. The only exceptions are the Highlands & Islands of Scotland if you’re looking to deliver here please contact us on 0208 772 0094 to discuss.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver our fresh flowers nationwide on a Sunday, Monday,
or the day immediately following a public holiday. In the unlikely event that an order has been placed for delivery on any of these days and we are unable to contact you in time, we will deliver, where possible, the flowers the day before or the day after the date requested.
Same Day deliveries Nationwide – available by calling us on 0208 772 0094.
Regrettably, we are unable to deliver our flowers nationwide on a same day service. We do, however, have a number of florists across the country with whom we work regularly and for your urgent flower needs, we can brief them with your requirements to ensure your recipient gets good quality fresh flowers in a timely fashion.
The cutoff for ordering Same Day deliveries Nationwide is 1pm (using a local florist).
For some rural areas or areas where our local network does not have a florist, we may not be able to fulfill the order but will work with you to agree the next most suitable date that we can send our own flowers out on your behalf. Deliveries are available from Monday to Saturday and are normally made within the usual working hours of 9am to 5pm by a florist local to the recipient address. Unfortunately, for same-day flower deliveries nationwide, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. If no-one is available to receive the flowers, the local florist's driver will normally leave a delivery card giving the recipient the option to call to reschedule delivery. We will make sure that we communicate all the delivery information you provide to us but we cannot guarantee the instructions will be followed. We are currently unable to deliver flowers on a Sunday or Public Holidays.

We can take orders for same day delivery of our own flowers in London up until 3pm Monday to Sunday.
Next Day deliveries in London
We are able to deliver our fresh flowers on a next day service to addresses in London.
Includes Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, The Channel Islands and rest of world – available by calling us on 0208 772 0094
Regrettably, we are unable to deliver our flowers to international addresses in the regions listed above. We do however have a number of florists worldwide with whom we work regularly and for your urgent flower needs, we can brief them with your requirements to ensure your recipient gets good quality fresh flowers in a timely fashion.
Deliveries are available from Monday to Saturday. Deliveries are normally made within the usual working hours of 9am to 5pm by a florist local to the recipient address, but each country operates unique delivery times and you should discuss your requirements when you call. Cut off time for ordering for next day international delivery varies by country. Please call us on 0208 772 0094 for advice. We are currently unable to deliver flowers on a Sunday or Public Holidays. Please note, the dates of public holidays vary by country. We must provide the international florist with a telephone number for the recipient abroad in order that they can contact the recipient to ensure that someone will be available to receive the flowers as we may be unable to make contact with you, the customer in a timely fashion due to the global time differences. We will make sure that we communicate all the delivery information you provide to us but we cannot guarantee the instructions will be followed.
Please ensure that the recipient address you provide is accurate. Give additional instructions to assist our drivers with difficult-to-find addresses. If you are unsure of the recipient's address, we recommend using one of the following address validation websites:
Keep us informed if you find that the recipient's address or availability changes prior to the order being delivered.
Please give us any additional information you can that would help us find the address, and if possible a safe place to leave the flowers or a number to call if there is no one at home. Regrettably we cannot guarantee that we will be able to follow all delivery notes but we will make sure the delivery information you provide is communicated to the driver in full. Should the recipient be away at the time of delivery and no safe place has been given, a card will be left stating the delivery was attempted. The recipient will then be required to call to arrange a redelivery or collect from one of our shops (for London deliveries) or the local depot (for Nationwide deliveries)
Deliveries to businesses, hospitals, universities
In some circumstances, for example, when delivering to some business addresses, hospitals or universities, we may not be able to deliver the flowers directly to the intended recipient. Please note that these circumstances are outside our control. In this case, we will deliver to the reception area or post room and (where possible) obtain a signature from the receptionist (or equivalent). This signature will be our record of delivery.
To ensure the highest likelihood of delivery success, please ensure that you provide as much information regarding the location of the recipient as possible within the delivery instructions, including department name, floor number, etc.
We recommend flowers sent to hospitals, military bases and business addresses are requested for delivery on a weekday when safe receipt is more like and not on a Saturday. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses.
Deliveries to Hospitals
All deliveries made to hospitals must include the ward name and or number in the relevant address field. Any order omitting these details may not be accepted for delivery by the hospital. It is also important for you to check that the hospital/ward accepts cut flowers as we are not responsible for refunds in the event that the hospital refuses to 'receive' the flowers.
Deliveries to hospitals can often prove problematic as patients are moved from ward to ward, or are discharged. This means that we sometimes are unable to deliver orders for customers at a very emotional time. However, many of these problems can be resolved by ensuring that we have accurate and up-to-date information about the ward that the recipient is in.
It is particularly important that you provide the full name of the recipient of the order as there can be several patients with the same name and this can lead to difficulties in delivery.
Delivery to business addresses
If you wish to order flowers for delivery to a business address, we recommend that you use one of timed delivery services to ensure delivery is made within office hours.
Delivery to Universities
Due to the size of university campuses, it can often be difficult to locate recipients at universities. We are therefore not able to deliver to recipients themselves and will always deliver to the university post room or reception. Please ensure that you include enough information for the post room/reception staff to be able to locate the intended recipient of the flowers. We are not liable for the non-delivery of flowers to recipients at universities as we have no control of the delivery once it reaches the post room/reception.
For our nationwide deliveries we use City Link, one of the largest parcel, mail and logistics services company within the UK. With more than 35 years experience, they operate an extensive national network of vehicles.
Should you have a query with an order that we have passed to our delivery partner Business Post we will use the information provided to us by them to update you with your order status.
All of our bouquets and plants are garnished with organza and silk ribbon, seasoned with colourful tissue and served up in a Moyses bag or branded delivery box. Hand tied and gift wrapped flowers are delivered either in a water bubble (‘aqua-pack’) or in a water absorbent bag to keep the flowers fresh. Surrounding your fresh flowers with layers of protective tissue ensures your delivery will arrive in the same condition that it left us in. Our orchid plants wear tissue bonnets to protect their delicate heads during transportation.
Our flowers and plants are always delivered with a handwritten card carrying your personal message, a care card, flower food and a short story about your chosen flowers.
Flowers within central London are delivered by Petal Power using bicycle couriers whenever possible or walking your flowers to you by foot. For deliveries requiring motorised transportation we offset the carbon created by our delivery partners and company vans in bringing our flowers to you nationwide.
We invest in a Methane Capture Project through the Carbon Neutral Company which captures methane from three abandoned coal mines in Germany. Methane is 21 times more potent than CO2 as a greenhouse gas. This project captures methane that would otherwise escape from three abandoned mines and uses it to generate electricity and heat. This project will generate emission reductions of 385,500 tCO2 equivalent in 2006 and 2007
Neither we, nor any courier or postal service that we use shall be liable for any failure to perform, where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside our reasonable control including but not limited to any fire, flood, explosion, accident, adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, government act, act of war, terrorism, act of God, or from any industrial dispute or strike whatsoever.
