Wine tasting, a day at the races, manicures and a long lunch... all great ways to spend time with your team or host your clients, but have your thought about a hospitality idea with a twist?

At Moyses we run tailor made floristry events for groups of up to 30. We invite you to join us for refreshments and a fresh flower briefing before learning how to hand tie a Moyses classic bouquet tutored by world class florists from the Moyses team. Guests will finish their creation with our Moyses gift wrap and nestle it inside a carry home bag – all theirs to enjoy.

Our sessions are a great introduction to the world of fresh flower design and cover techniques that can be recreated by your guests after the event. The events are enriching as guests uncover their creative side and are guaranteed to learn new things about flowers. We pride ourselves on some of the best sustainable sourcing in the industry and the flowers your guests will use are likely to include selections from our British growers, Maple Organic farm in Suffolk, the sustainably harvested wild mountain flowers of Flower Valley, South Africa and large headed fair trade roses sourced directly from our Ecuadorian grower. The carbon created in bringing these flowers to us is offset through the Carbon Neutral Company so all our flowers have zero flower miles.

Service you can expect

  1. Client Support and Sales will discuss the requirements of your booking and provide you with a per head quotation.
  2. Whilst most enjoy creating a traditional Moyses hand tied bouquet, we are able to offer alternative products for the sessions such as fresh flower wreaths gifts or vase arrangements.
  3. You can expect 1 florist to every 10 guests at the event to ensure an acceptable learning environment.
  4. We have the necessary Health & Safety Risk Assessment to cover the use of floristry tools and natural ingredients by your guests.

Pricing Guide

IN YOUR VENUE
We can bring our hospitality event to you and host the session in a board room, restaurant, or outdoor space – all we need are tables and a nearby water supply.

Price per head: £65 (+VAT)
Package includes:      

  • 2.5 hours of unique floristry entertainment, education and experience.
  • Tuition by a world class Moyses florist.
  • All flower and foliage ingredients and gift packaging required to create a £50 Moyses Stevens Hand Tied Bouquet.
  • £50 bouquet created by the guest, is theirs to take away.

Notes:

  • This package is exclusive of any venue hire or catering / refreshments.
  • Catering can be tailored, for example, wine & soft drinks from £15/head, canapés from £20/head.
  • Min. 10 people for an in venue event.
  • 2 weeks booking notice required prior to event date.
  • Recommended timings are 6pm – 8.30pm but with the appropriate notice, we are able to accommodate client’s preferred timings.

AT THE MOYSES FLORISTRY STUDIO IN NEW COVENT GARDEN FLOWER MARKET
Enjoy a trip to the world famous New Covent Garden Flower market where our studio and offices are based. We can set up your hospitality event on site amongst the working environment of the market.

Price per head: £75 (+VAT)
Package includes:       

  • 2.5 hours of unique floristry entertainment, education and experience.                          
  • Tuition by a world class Moyses florist.
  • All flower and foliage ingredients and gift packaging required to create a £50 Moyses Stevens Hand Tied Bouquet.
  • £50 bouquet created by the guest, is theirs to take away.
  • Simple continental style breakfast
  • Tour of the New Covent Garden Flower Market

Notes:

  • This package includes a simple continental style breakfast served in our board room. Catering can be upgraded to suit client needs.
  • Min. 10 people for the event.
  • 2 weeks booking notice required prior to event date.
  • Recommended timings are 8 – 10.30am when the market is bustling and active, but with the appropriate notice, we are able to accommodate preferred timings if you have them.
  • Guests should expect a ‘real life’ market environment as they receive their tuition – this adds to the atmosphere and a tour of the market is part of the experience.
