How does the Flower Subscription work?
Simply select your style, choose finish and select how often you would like to receive your flowers, or speak to our team. We can create custom subscriptions based on your needs.
What are the advantages of a Moyses Stevens Flower Subscription?
Our subscription service takes all the hassle out of ordering flowers. We’ll bring your chosen design to your door at a regular time either weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Our subscription customers also enjoy a reduced delivery fee for ongoing contract
What are the different styles available?
We offer a range of styles to suit every home. From classic English designs to modern and foliage-focused arrangements, our subscriptions have something for everyone. Select the style that suits you and remember: we’re happy to modify a subscription mid-contract, so you’ll always receive the flowers you love.
Are the designs different each time I order?
Yes. Each design will feature different floral varieties and foliage. Whether choosing a weekly, fortnightly or monthly subscription, we make sure our designs are constantly updated. However, if you love one particular design we can repeat it or set up a regular delivery
What is the cost of the Subscription?
Our range of subscriptions start at £40 (exc. delivery).
When can I expect my Flower Subscription?
Delivery is flexible and based around individual requirements. We have a team of couriers working across the UK and accommodate specific delivery requests. We can provide same day shipping, morning, evening and express delivery slots.
Which payment methods do you accept for the Flowers Subscription Box?
We accept credit card and online payments. All major cards and methods are accepted. We cannot accept any cash payments for our flower subscriptions.
What should I do if my payment fails?
A member of our Customer Care team will be in touch. They can help you make a manual payment over the phone.
Can I change the frequency of my Flower Subscription?
Absolutely. The subscription service is entirely flexible and based around what you need. If you would like to change the delivery frequency or style of your designs, we’ll be happy to alter the existing contract.
Can I change the style of my Flowers Subscription?
Yes. If you would like to alter your subscription and change to any of our various style options, we’ll be happy to accommodate. Get in touch by phone or email and speak to a member of our Customer Care Team. Please note: we require 48 hours’ notice to change a subscription.
