Q. What is the difference between the size options?

A. Our bouquets are sized regular, large and deluxe. We provide a size guide with each bouquet, and offer customers a reliable stem count. In general, each size increases by 20% sequentially, so a large contains roughly 20% more stems than a regular size.

Q. Can I request a delivery at a specified time?

A. Yes. If you need to book a timed delivery with our team, please use the morning or evening guaranteed services. We can then provide delivery between the hours of 9am-12 noon and 6pm- 10pm, respectively.

Q. Can I use the Click & Collect service on these products?

A. Yes. Click and collect anything from our planted or signature range and collect in-store. We have loads of shops across London and it’s easy to book a collection. Simply choose the ‘collection’ option at the online checkout or phone the branch directly.
