A Romantic London Wedding

Creating flowers for a wedding is always an honour. Creating flowers for a flower-loving florist and much-loved team member is even more of a privilege. So we were thrilled to create wedding flowers for Moyses florist Olga and her partner Andrew for an intimate micro wedding.
Olga explains
'Our families live in Ukraine, so our wedding was a romantic occasion for two. We chose Tower Bridge as the location for photos and celebrated at Ting restaurant on the 35th floor of the Shard. It was very romantic and amazing to see views of the whole of the city. London is so beautiful at this time of the year, it was such a memorable day and my flowers were perfect!'
The all-important bridal bouquet was entrusted in the skilful hands and extraordinarily nimble fingers of Moyses florist Larissa who was delighted to be part of such a special occasion.
'I used a combination of roses for the bridal bouquet— a classic statement but with contemporary asymmetric styling. I used 'Westminster Abbey' and 'Cafe Latte' roses varieties that are blousy and almost cabbage-like with frilly petals.
Named after Britain's coronation church, the Westminster Abbey rose shares the same colour as the building's exterior. The brown beige colour slowly changes to grey as it continues to bloom.
Café Latte has a beautiful creamy brown tone, a garden rose appearance and a subtle fragrance. The colours look amazing together!
The bouquet was blended with mimosa foliage, and I knew the bouquet style would look perfect for the occasion.'
