Future-dated orders can be placed any time — there is no cut-off for orders scheduled to a future date.

Standard Delivery
Anytime through the day
Available across London (same-day) and the UK (next-day). Delivered between 9am and 7pm. Our courier will look for a safe place to leave the order or with a neighbour if no one is home.
Morning Delivery
Before 12pm
For occasions where the flowers need to arrive first thing — anniversaries, birthdays, sympathy. Available across London and most UK postcodes for a small supplement at checkout.
International
We send worldwide on request.
International orders are placed on request. Tell us where the flowers are going and when they need to arrive, and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Most destinations are reachable next-day if the order is placed by 12pm the previous working day. Several European cities — Paris, Milan, Madrid, Dublin — can also receive same-day delivery if the order is placed by 12pm local time.

Around Christmas, Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day, we publish a separate timetable with cut-off times and last-order dates. The festive calendar goes live in November each year.

Care & freshness
How your flowers arrive.
Every bouquet is hand-tied to order by our florists in London. Stems are conditioned overnight and inspected before they leave the studio — nothing goes out that wouldn’t make our own table.
If there is ever a problem with an order, get in touch and we will put it right.
We deliver flowers same day in the following London areas, 365 days a year: Central London, North London, North West London, East London, West London, South West London and South East London.

How late can I order for same-day London delivery?
Orders placed by 6pm Monday to Sunday are delivered the same day across London.
How late can I order for next-day UK delivery?
Next-day UK orders can be placed by 6pm Monday to Friday, or 3pm on Saturday and Sunday. There are no cut-off times for orders scheduled to a future date.
Which countries do you deliver to internationally?
We deliver internationally on request. Please contact us with the destination and date and we will confirm availability.
Can I schedule a delivery for a future date?
Yes — you can schedule any delivery to a future date during checkout. There is no cut-off time for future-dated orders.
Do you deliver on Sundays and Bank Holidays?
Yes, we deliver seven days a week including most Bank Holidays. Christmas Day and Boxing Day are the only exceptions — see our key dates calendar below for the festive timetable.
What if no one's home to receive the flowers?
Our courier will look for a safe place to leave the order or with a neighbour. If neither is possible, the flowers will return to depot and we will reach out to arrange redelivery.
