Cookies Policy
This page explains the cookies we use on moysesflowers.co.uk, what each one does, and how you can manage them. We’ve kept it plain — no jargon, no boilerplate from other people’s policies.
What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file a website places on your device when you visit. Cookies let the site remember things between page loads — that you’re signed in, what’s in your basket, that you arrived via a partner site. They don’t give us access to your computer or any information beyond what you choose to share with us.
We use first-party cookies set by moysesflowers.co.uk directly, and a small number of cookies set by services we use to run the site — Shopify for checkout and Awin for affiliate attribution.

Keeps you signed in to your account after you log in. Without this you’d need to sign in again on every page.

Short-lived cookies set during sign-in to protect the login flow against forgery and replay. Discarded after you complete the sign-in or after 10 minutes, whichever comes first.

Remembers your basket between visits so you don’t lose what you’ve added if you close the tab.

Records when you arrive via one of our affiliate partners so the partner is credited correctly for any order you place. Set by us, used only for attribution. Awin is our affiliate network partner.

Tracks a friend referral code so the friend who sent you receives their reward when you place your first order.

Shopify checkout cookies
Our checkout is hosted by Shopify, which sets its own cookies to handle payment, fraud prevention and basket persistence during checkout. These are necessary for the checkout to function. Shopify’s cookie usage is described in their cookie policy.
What we don’t use
We don’t currently run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or any other third-party analytics or advertising cookie. We don’t share browsing data with ad networks. We don’t use cookies to build a marketing profile of you.
If we add analytics or remarketing in the future, we’ll update this page and add a cookie consent banner so you can opt in or out before any non-essential cookies are set.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Helpful links from the major browsers:
Blocking essential cookies — particularly the session and cart cookies — will mean you can’t sign in or check out. The site will still load, but the buy flow won’t work.
Changes to this policy
We’ll update this page if our cookie usage changes — most likely when we introduce analytics or remarketing. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
