A senior designer from the Moyses Stevens studio in London. We pair you with someone whose background suits the brief — wedding work, large events, or bespoke installations. You will speak to the same designer through the project, not handed to a different team.

Anything that helps us understand the brief — venue and date, rough guest numbers, any Pinterest references or photos you have collected, and a sense of budget if you have one in mind. None of it is essential; the call is also useful when you are still gathering your thoughts.

No. We use the same call for weddings, corporate events, store openings, private parties, memorial flowers, and any commission that benefits from a proper conversation before we quote. For a standard delivery from the website you do not need a consultation — order directly from the relevant collection.

Yes — the studio can host an in-person meeting at our Belgravia shop or at your venue when helpful. Email info@moysesflowers.co.uk to arrange one rather than booking through the calendar here.

The confirmation email from Calendly carries a reschedule link — use it any time before the scheduled call. There is no charge for changes. If you need to cancel entirely, the £10 fee is refunded.

Usually within three to five working days, depending on the scale of the brief. For larger weddings and events the proposal arrives as a costed document with imagery; for smaller bespoke pieces it can be a single quote by email.
