What's included

A full wedding flowers service from first conversation to end of evening.

Every wedding commission starts with an unhurried conversation about your venue, your date, your dress and the people at the heart of your day. From that conversation we build a design that fits your wedding rather than ours — bouquets, ceremony pieces, reception florals, the small details that get photographed up close.

The four elements below are included as standard on every commission. Travel, hire pieces and any extras are itemised separately in your proposal so the total is clear from the start.

Initial consultation

An hour-long conversation at our Belgravia studio, at your venue or by video, with no charge and no obligation. We talk through your day, look at past commissions and walk you through what is seasonally available on your date.

Mood board and mock-up

Once the brief is agreed we prepare a mood board for sign-off, followed by a mock-up of the bridal bouquet so you see the design in three dimensions before the wedding day.

Delivery, install and finish

Day-of delivery, on-site installation and finishing of every piece by our own crew rather than a third-party courier. We arrive early to allow time for build, dressing and coordination with your planner and venue.

End-of-evening takedown

Strike and takedown of installations at the end of the evening as standard, or a next-morning return if your venue prefers. We leave the room as we found it.

How we work

From enquiry to wedding day, in four steps.

The process is the same whether your commission is a handful of bouquets or a full venue transformation. We hold one or two consultations, agree the design, then move quietly into preparation behind the scenes. You see the final design before the wedding, not on the morning of it.

01

Brief and consultation

Send your brief through the contact form, by email or by phone. We come back within forty-eight hours to arrange an initial consultation, in person or by video. Bring a reference image of your dress, a venue floor-plan, a Pinterest board or a colour swatch — anything that helps us picture your day.

02

Itemised proposal

Within a week of the consultation you receive a first itemised proposal covering design, flowers, labour, delivery, install and any hire pieces. We refine the scope together until the proposal matches both your vision and your budget.

03

Sign-off and preparation

A deposit confirms the date and locks in the design. From there we prepare a mood board, a mock-up bouquet and the final flower order. You see the design in three dimensions and sign off the final palette before the wedding.

04

Wedding day

Our team arrives early, builds, dresses, installs and finishes every piece on site. We coordinate with your planner, venue and photographer through the day, return for takedown at the end of the evening, and leave the venue exactly as we found it.

Most wedding commissions move from first brief to confirmed proposal within ten days. From that point we sit in the background of your wedding planning until the mood board and mock-up stage, then move into final preparation in the fortnight before the day.

Wedding flowers — common questions

Answers, from the team that will design your day.

Every wedding is quoted bespoke, and we also offer packages, so the cost reflects exactly what you want rather than a fixed menu. A commission can be as focused as a bridal bouquet and a few buttonholes, or as full as bridal party flowers, ceremony pieces, reception centrepieces and complete venue installation. We have no minimum budget — tell us the figure you have in mind and we will always make recommendations to maximise it. Get in touch and the team will put together a quote built around your day.

The earlier the better — we love a long lead time to design your day properly, and getting in touch early means we can reserve your date. But we are a large team and we run a same-day service every day of the year, so short-notice and last-minute commissions are no problem at all. Whether your wedding is next year or next month, send us a brief and we will make it happen.

Yes — every commission includes day-of delivery, on-site installation and end-of-evening takedown by our own team, never a third-party courier. We arrive early to allow time to build, dress and finish every piece, coordinate directly with your venue, planner and photographer, and return at the end of the night to clear everything away. You never have to think about the breakdown — it is all covered by us.

Yes, of course — and there is no minimum budget. Tell us what you have to spend and we will always make recommendations to help you get the most from it, placing the investment where it has the greatest impact. From an intimate bridal bouquet to a full venue transformation, we build the design around your budget rather than the other way round.

Absolutely. Colour palette, flower choice and overall design are all tailored to your wedding — bring a reference image of your dress, a colour swatch or a Pinterest board to the consultation and we design from there. We can recommend bouquet shapes that complement your dress, and ceremony and reception pieces that work with the architecture of your venue. Whether your style is minimal or extravagant, classic or contemporary, we will accommodate it.

Seasonal availability shapes the look of your flowers, and working direct with growers gives you a wide year-round choice. Spring brings peonies, ranunculus, sweet pea and tulips; summer garden roses, dahlias, delphinium and hydrangea; autumn rich chrysanthemum, cosmos and berried foliage; winter amaryllis, anemone, hellebore and evergreens. If you have your heart set on something out of season, we can usually source it or suggest a beautiful alternative — we will talk you through what is at its best on your date.

We will arrange a consultation so we can hear your ideas, show you our portfolio and talk everything through over a coffee or a glass of champagne. It usually takes about an hour, and you can meet us at our studio, at your venue, or by video if that is easier. There is no charge for the consultation and no obligation to proceed — it is simply where your wedding flowers start to take shape.

We have a team of around one hundred and have been designing wedding flowers for nearly 150 years, so scale is never a problem. We work on multiple weddings at once, every weekend, with a dedicated team assigned to yours so it receives full attention regardless of what else is in the diary. From an intimate ceremony to a several-hundred-guest celebration with full installation, we have the people and the experience to deliver it properly.

Yes — we travel across mainland UK for wedding commissions, and occasionally further afield for long-standing clients. Our own team installs, finishes and strikes every commission rather than briefing a local florist on the day, so the design you approve is the design that arrives. Travel and crew time are itemised transparently in your proposal, so there are no surprises.

Yes — we have a collection of vases, candelabra, urns, plinths and other vessels, and you can either hire them or buy pieces to keep. Your wedding specialist will take you through the options for displaying your arrangements, and our team handles set-up and collection so you do not have to coordinate any returns yourself.
