Floral Artistry London
Corporate Flowers
Bring corporate flowers to life with Britain's oldest and most prestigious florist. Designing and delivering since 1876, we provide flowers for offices, hotels and members clubs across London and the wider UK — from simple weekly arrangements to extravagant statement pieces.

01 — Recurring arrangements
Flowers, on a rhythm that suits your space.
We specialise in recurring flower deliveries for businesses across the UK — daily for hotel lobbies, weekly for offices and boardrooms, fortnightly or monthly for smaller spaces. Whatever your brand or building, there is a cadence and a scale of design that works for you.
As the UK's oldest florist and a market leader since 1876, our corporate clients trust us to arrive when we say we will, with designs that reflect their space rather than ours.
02 — Our promise
Built on trust. Delivered without surprises.
Our business runs on trust. We guarantee the freshest flowers and reliable delivery: our own largely electric fleet runs across London and the wider UK, arriving when we say we will.
There are no hidden extras. Vase rental is included as standard. Delivery, set-up, removal and a maintenance service between deliveries are all part of every contract — what you agree at the start is what your contract covers.

03 — Moyses Stevens designs
From neutral to exuberant, tropical to classical.
Heralded as masters of our craft since 1876, our team of international florists builds compositions to suit every space and colour scheme. The same studio that designs for embassies and members clubs designs for restaurants, hotels and offices — every commission gets the same attention.
Get in touch today and we will arrange a no-obligation site visit and quote. As one of the UK's leading suppliers of corporate flowers, we know what works in front-of-house, on a boardroom table, in a hotel lobby and on a restaurant pass.

Corporate flowers — common questions
Answers, from the team that runs the contracts.
We offer flexible delivery cadences to suit how your space is used. Daily delivery works for high-traffic hotel lobbies, members clubs and front-of-house restaurant settings where flowers are part of the welcome. Weekly is the most common choice for offices and boardrooms; fortnightly and monthly suit smaller spaces or supplementary deliveries alongside a primary service. Every cadence is bespoke to the client, and you can mix cadences across multiple sites under a single contract.
Yes. Delivery, set-up, removal of old arrangements and collection of any rental items are all part of your contract as standard. There are no hidden extras beyond what is itemised in the contract — what you agree at the start is what your contract covers.
Vase rental is included as standard. You can also request specific vases, plinths, urns or other vessels and we will source or supply them, subject to availability. Hire pieces are collected and returned to our studio between deliveries, so your space stays uncluttered.
Yes. We offer a one-month trial period for recurring corporate orders so you can see the quality of the arrangements, the reliability of the deliveries and how well the cadence fits your space before committing. After the initial trial month, the agreement can be terminated by either party with three months written notice. If you wish to end the trial itself, we ask for seven days written notice before the trial expiry date.
For one-off corporate events we design and install wall flower decorations, large-scale floral displays, table arrangements, ceiling installations and bespoke design pieces for product launches, brand activations and corporate functions. Every event commission includes delivery, build, dressing on site and end-of-event takedown by our own crew rather than a third-party courier.
Yes. Between scheduled deliveries our florists can visit to freshen up arrangements, replace any stems that have faded prematurely and swap out designs on a basis that suits you. Maintenance is included in higher-cadence contracts as standard, and can be added to weekly or fortnightly contracts on request.
Yes. Our standard delivery window is between 9am and 5pm on working days, with a three-hour delivery slot per order. We can accommodate specific time slots and out-of-hours deliveries for venues with restricted access windows or operational constraints — these are arranged at the contract stage and confirmed with each delivery. Our drivers update you en route.
Yes. If your business has more than one site we are happy to discuss a multi-site arrangement across the contract, with a single point of contact and consolidated invoicing for simplicity. Get in touch and we will build a proposal tailored to your portfolio.
Offices, hotels, restaurants, members clubs, retail flagships, private medical and dental practices, law firms, banks, embassies, theatres and showrooms — anywhere flowers form part of the brand experience. We work with small independent businesses as well as large multi-site groups, and tailor the design, scale and brief to fit each space.
Direct from growers. Sourcing decisions are made flower by flower, balancing seasonality, provenance and the design brief, so every arrangement carries the best stems available that week.
