A branded email arrives in their inbox at 8am on the date you chose, carrying your message and a unique code.

Things people ask.
How is the gift card delivered?
By email, on the date you choose at checkout. The recipient receives a beautifully branded email with the card design you selected, your personal message, and a unique code to redeem at checkout or in-store.
Can the recipient use it in-store as well as online?
Yes. The same code redeems online at checkout and in any of our seven London shops at the till. Balance is tracked across both — partial redemptions are fine.
How long is the card valid for?
Twelve months from the date of purchase. We send a reminder email a month before expiry if there is still a balance to spend.
Can I buy a gift card for myself?
Yes — choose "Send to me" rather than "Send as a gift" and the card arrives at your own email immediately. Some customers use this to set a flower budget for the year.
What if I make a mistake with the recipient or message?
If the card has not yet been delivered, contact us and we'll update the details before send. After delivery, we can reissue the same balance to a different recipient — please reach out within 30 days.
What if the recipient doesn't spend the full balance?
The remaining balance stays on the card and can be used across multiple orders. They can check the balance any time at /gift-cards/balance.
Do you offer physical gift cards?
Currently we offer e-gift cards only — they arrive the same day if scheduled for today. For a physical card, please get in touch and we can arrange a printed version with hand delivery within London.
Can I order multiple gift cards at once for a corporate gift?
