Is there a cost?
No. Membership is free, and you can leave any time.
Do points expire?
Points expire eighteen months from the date earned, if the account has had no activity in that period. Any order or redemption resets the clock.
How is tier determined?
By your lifetime spend with us. Loyal Friend from £500, Patron from £2,000. Tier is sticky — refunds and returns don't strip status.
Where do I see my points?
In your account, on the rewards page. Once you're signed in, the same URL you're reading now becomes your personal dashboard.
Can I gift my points?
Not yet. We're working on a gifting flow that lets members send a bouquet to a friend from their balance. In the meantime, gift cards are available across all our shops and online.
Do workshops and courses earn?
Yes, at half rate. Five points per pound on Flower School courses.
