A Special Occasion at Nobu Hotel Portman Square

Creating weekly flowers for our esteemed Contracts clients is a carefully planned process - each display must seamlessly embody its surroundings, occasion and season - creating maximum impact whilst elegantly withstanding their environment for a number of days. It takes an expert team of creatives to execute such designs and it’s a thrill to know that our flowers will be witnessed and enjoyed by hundreds of guests each week.
The Nobu Hotel Portman Square needs no introduction, nestled in magnificent Marylebone, our floral designers relish in creating the chicest displays for the exceptional establishment. Our most recent weekly installation would, in particular call for photo-ready blooms as the hotel played host to none other than Sony’s Brit Awards after-party.
Masses of heavenly Oncidium orchids were the perfect flower of choice - positively glowing in the most joyful shade of yellow, the stems, appropriately almost dancing in the vase. On closer inspection these blooms are individual mini-masterpieces, wing-shaped petals often encasing a shock of crimson at its center. Plumes of the orchid filled earthenware vessels, complimented by sculptural driftwood - echoing the hotel’s signature contemporary interior.
