How long do preserved roses last?
Over a year, in most cases longer. Our preserved roses are real roses that have been treated using a patented process to replace their sap with a plant-based glycerine — they keep their colour, softness, and form indefinitely without water or sunlight. Keep them out of direct sun and away from radiators for the longest life.
Do I need to water them or look after them?
No water, no fuss. Don't mist them, don't put them near a heat source, and don't leave them in direct sunlight. A quick dust with a soft brush every few months is the only maintenance they need.
When will my hatbox be delivered?
Same-day across London for orders placed before 6pm, seven days a week. Next-day for the rest of mainland UK, including Sundays. Choose your preferred date at checkout. Express morning and evening slots available for London on request.
Can I include a personal message?
Yes — the card message you write at checkout is printed on Moyses Stevens stationery and included free with every hatbox. We hide the price from the delivery automatically, so the recipient never sees what was paid.
