Do you deliver Valentine's Day flowers nationwide?+
Yes. We deliver Valentine's flowers, gifts and plants across mainland UK with next-day delivery, and offer same-day delivery in London. A card message is included with every gift so you can add a personal note for your Valentine.
What are your cut-off times for delivery?+
For same-day delivery in London you can order up until the afternoon, including on Valentine’s Day itself. For nationwide next-day delivery we recommend ordering a few days ahead, as the days around 14 February are our busiest of the year and popular designs sell out. Exact cut-off times are shown at checkout.
Can I customise my order?+
If you would like to adjust a design or create something of your own, contact our team and we will be happy to help. For larger or bespoke arrangements, speak to us in advance so we can plan it properly ahead of the day.
Can I add a gift message?+
Yes. A card message is included with every order — add your note at checkout and it will be printed on Moyses Stevens stationery and sent with the gift. If you are sending directly to a recipient, we will make sure your message reaches them with the flowers.
Do you offer Click & Collect?+
Click & Collect is available in London. Please place collection orders ahead of time rather than on a same-day basis, particularly around Valentine’s Day when demand is high.
Do you offer gift cards?+
Yes. Gift cards can be used for Valentine’s Day and throughout the year, with no expiry date, and you can make partial purchases against the balance. They arrive as an e-card that is simple to send by email.
