Borough sits in SE1 immediately south of the river around London Bridge. Borough Market — running Wednesday through Saturday — is one of London's most-visited food markets and a substantial daily destination. For deliveries to market traders, include the trader name and stall number at checkout. The traders are in our delivery network.
Guy's Hospital on St Thomas Street is one of London's largest teaching hospitals and one of our highest-volume single-hospital destinations. We deliver to all open wards. For ICU and HDU patients, call our concierge team first on 020 8772 0094. For maternity wards we avoid heavily scented stems by default; for oncology wards we avoid lilies.
London Bridge City — the substantial corporate office and residential development running east along the river from London Bridge — houses major tenants (the European HQs of various firms, the Norton Rose Fulbright building, EY's London Bridge offices, Norton Rose Fulbright, and many others). Each handles deliveries through central reception. Include the firm name, the building, the floor and the recipient at checkout.
Borough High Street and the surrounding cluster — the George Inn (Dickens connection), the Borough High Street restaurants, the smaller independent retailers — form the working community heart. For corporate and one-off orders, include the business name at checkout.
Hotel deliveries beyond the Shangri-La include the Hilton London Bridge, the Premier Inn London Bridge, and the smaller boutique addresses around London Bridge Station. Include the guest's room number, the hotel name and the arrival date at checkout.

Same-day delivery runs seven days a week, including Sundays and most bank holidays. Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day are the only annual exceptions.
